Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist busy, dynamic, and accomplished law firm with USCIS applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, asylum protection relief, National Visa Center provisional waiver processing, and filing documentation at the Immigration Court. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of Immigration law and paralegal experience. Must be fluent in the Portuguese language. Should be self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and maturity.
