Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be drafting and analyzing Commercial Real Estate transactions from contract through post-closing. Should have 2-5 years of applicable work experience and a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow long-term. Must have the ability to obtain and follow-up on all due diligence documents. Should have background and experience in title work. Must have experience preparing closing statements. Must be able to coordinate and carry-out a wide range of legal and support functions. SBA experience preferred.
