Immigration Paralegal - Entry Level The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience with the family-based U.S. immigration system, OR substantial college level writing experience. Besides helping individuals achieve the American Dream, you will gain experience with all aspects of U.S. immigration law and procedures, establishing case strategies, updating the case management system, and resolving complex issues with the various U.S. and foreign government agencies worldwide. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent attention to detail, border on fastidious with your spoken and written communications (your resume and cover letter will make a very strong first impression), and have a working knowledge of MS Office applications. You must also be prepared for a writing test--in English--during the interview.
