Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be outgoing, a team player, and provide all aspects of professional paralegal support to the firm's litigation attorneys. Strong client service and interpersonal skills are essential. Should have four-year college degree and paralegal certificate or appropriate combination of education and job related experience. Must have 7-10 years of law firm experience. Complex case and project management experience is required. Must be familiar with all phases of discovery, trial preparation and trial support at both state and federal court levels. Should have experience with collecting and managing large volumes of electronically stored information from multiple sources. Must have strong understanding of eDiscovery and advanced use of litigation databases (Relativity preferred) to manage same. Familiarity with other legal technology platforms, such as Trial Director or Sanctions, a plus. Must have demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
