Part-Time Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities : The candidate will provide assistance with case processing, preparing forms, support letters and Firm correspondence, drafting basic e-mails and letters, and other duties as assigned. Prior experience as an Immigration Paralegal required. Preparation of all nonimmigrant petitions including H L E O TN and R petitions. Prepare immigrant petitions, including extraordinary ability, multinational manager/executive and National Interest Waivers. Preparation of family based applications including marriage based cases and other family based cases. Preparation of I140 immigration petitions, assist in PERM applications, prepare I458 and ancillary applications. Review and prepare nonimmigrant petitions and applications, including O-1 visas. Requirements : The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal handling all types of business immigration matters. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
