Immigration Paralegal The candidate will conduct intakes and manage an individual immigration caseload comprised of various immigration cases including H1B, L1, R1, SR, E-1/2, PERM, immigrant petitions, consular processing, naturalization, etc.. Associate's degree is preferred. Should have 2-4 years of immigration law experience is preferable. Korean skills are required.
