Litigation Paralegal Duties: Generally , analyze and summarize documents, summarize depositions, prepare discovery responses, on-line legal and general research; draft case management conference statements, and other basic pleadings; trial preparation (trial exhibits, draft jury instructions and trial subpoenas). Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree - minimum 3.0 GPA and paralegal work experience or Paralegal Certificate, JD Degree, or 1 year law firm experience. Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
