Litigation Paralegals The candidates will provide support to attorneys and enhance the attorney's effectiveness by performing delegated substantive legal work for all attorneys in the Litigation Department. Should have Strong administrative skills handling the department calendar, scheduling calls, maintaining tasks and deadlines. Draft, review and file legal documents such as notices, motions, discovery responses and other pleadings for attorneys. Case Management. Review and summarize case files. Input billing for daily activity. Compile, analyze and organize information; and Other duties as assigned. Understand legal terminology and procedures. Must have knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Familiar with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is preferred. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. should have working knowledge of Practice Panther. Should have Associate's Degree or comparable work experience. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred. Must have 5 years as a litigation paralegal (experience with property claims is a plus). Work experience may substitute for Education (Vice Versa).
