Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years paralegal experience and a valid paralegal certificate or legal equivalent. Will be responsible for all phases of litigation support and duties will include interacting with clients, investigation, document review, drafting discovery and basic pleadings, legal research, and trial support. Must be organized, detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, have excellent writing skills, and should take pride in work product. Must have integrity and discretion and will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality given the firms high-profile clientele.
