Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support an attorney and assist with the management of a litigation team. Draft of petitions, pleadings, motion, and discovery requests and responses; Schedule client meetings, depositions, deposition preparations, mediations, trial preparation meetings, hearings, trials, and various other case-related events for the attorney; Communicate with clients, witnesses, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, expert witnesses, and consultants; Meet with clients regarding discovery and case updates; Maintain case management information in our case management database; and Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. Bachelor degree or equivalent years of work experience in a plaintiff's MVA personal injury practice is essential.
