Family Law Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with drafting pleadings. Draft preliminary and final disclosures. Litigation support, including the creation of hearing binder and trial binders. Organize and prepare exhibits and witnesses. Assist with discovery drafting, discovery responses, subpoenas. Manage calendaring of deadlines and important dates. Direct communication with clients. Track and bill time. High school diploma or equivalency (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus). Family Law experience is preferred. Experience with Judicial Council Forms is required. Paralegal Certificate is required. Experience with CFLR Programs (DissoMaster, Executioner, Propertizer) is required.
