Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be providing project management of cases (e.g., establishing & communicating timelines, follow-up with attorneys, etc.).Managing data collections and voluminous document productions utilizing an electronic discovery platform. Preparing subpoenas, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Utilizing Federal court electronic filing systems. Obtaining and reviewing records of all types. Coordinating and scheduling depositions and trials. Communicating with witnesses. Collaborating with attorneys in the preparation of trial exhibits. Serving as a trial paralegal. Identifying and utilizing technological solutions, including document and case management platforms that bring value and enhance our legal services. Should have Bachelor's degree. Should preferably have 3 years of complex litigation paralegal experience. Defense litigation experience is preferred. Should preferably have document management database and litigation technology experience.
