Corporate Paralegal The candidate will research law, investigate facts, and prepare documents to assist firm Partners and Attorneys, as well as perform a variety of administrative support duties. Will provide expert paralegal and administrative support with minimal supervision; demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and handle various legal tasks with strong attention to detail. Prepare, edit, review, and organize client documents, including corporate formation and organizational documents, board resolutions, contracts, leases, licenses, applications, corporate filings and relevant client information for attorney review. Prepare and organize redline/blackline versions of documents during drafting and prepare & organize closing packages and signature pages for deal closings. Expertise formatting Legal documents Ensure documentation is properly filed electronically and physically. Prepare and file annual reports, EINs, and UCC financing statements, securities filings, among others, in a variety of jurisdictions. Maintain templates and SOPs for corporate document forms, workflows, and databases. Serve as the primary contact for all questions and training on Massachusetts Corporate Department processes. Occasional legal research using Westlaw. Assist with Client Intake, National Licensing, and other departments as needed. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Paralegal certification is preferred. Must have 3-8 years of experience working as a Paralegal. Exceptional organization skills, strong self-motivator with high attention to detail are required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat needed. Experience with Net Docs, Clio, Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw and DocuSign preferred.Should be well-versed in computer technology.
