Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal Candidate will be assisting attorney with various case matters such as requesting medical records and bills, communicating with insurance companies and preparing documents such as settlement demands, and communicating effectively with clients among other duties. Must have: Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate. 3-5 years of Personal Injury experience and must be an organized, able to manage deadlines in order to meet client's needs. Excellent communication and Organization skills. Ability to think critically and analyze information. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and function at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with a team and have an upbeat, positive, and proactive attitude.
