Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: assist with case development and project management, draft documents, coordinate and manage document reviews and productions, analyze relevant documents and other information to identify factual and legal issues, prepare case summaries and chronologies, and assist with investigations, depositions and arbitration/trial preparation. Requirements: Must be professional individuals with 2+ years of experience. Must have the ability to manage complex IP cases. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines. Electronic discovery experience and an understanding of legal privileges are a must. Proficiency in Ringtail and Excel, and knowledge of TextMap and Trial Director are a plus.
