Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be an experienced litigation paralegal. Should be an organized self-starter who is able to multi-task and is familiar with various areas of law including insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury and premises liability. Responsibilities include case management, drafting pleadings/discovery, investigation, interviewing witnesses/experts, document reviews, research, collecting and analyzing records and trial preparation. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with billable timekeeping and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules.
