Senior Immigration Paralegal The candidate work for part-time or contract position. Must possess superior analytical and drafting skills, ability to work independently in an informal, easygoing environment. Will possess a broad range of immigration experience, including preparation of E-2 visas and PERM applications. However, the primary focus will be on O-1, NIW and EB-1 applications for designers, artists, researchers, entrepreneurs and hi-tech workers. The position will involve drafting expert letters and testimonials with the support of a writer. A Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred. Foreign language ability a plus.
