Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist trial team from filing of complaint through trial. Propound and respond to extensive discovery. Draft pleadings, deposition notices and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists. Organize documents for filing. Drafting correspondence. Special projects as needed. Preferably should have 1 year of Personal Injury Litigation experience. Spanish (Required).
