Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate will include word processing, organizing and prioritizing daily workload and full administrative support, calendaring of all legal documents and its maintenance, coordinating work between offices and firm wide departments, scheduling of meetings and conference rooms, reviewing client billing for accuracy, completing time entries, making travel arrangements (domestic and international), submitting expense reports, managing the calendar of a busy team and working well in a fast paced environment. Should have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, ability to handle a wide variety of legal support requiring organization skills, extreme accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent proofreading skills are essential. Proficient in the MS Office Suite programs, including MS Word s advance functions, and experience with document management and integrated computer applications is required. A working knowledge of Change-Pro is a plus. A background in litigation is required, including knowledge of various court rules and requirements for filing and service of documents.
