Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Client contact; Case work up from inception through trial (e.g., pleadings, discovery, Law & Motion); Document review and organization; Preparing extensive medical record review & summarization (medical chronologies, billing records, indexing, organizing, etc.); Preparing and organizing documents for depositions and trial; Calendaring and monitoring deadlines; Legal research; Propounding and responding to discovery; Tracking and monitoring liens. The candidate will work as personal injury paralegal. This position is in medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation department. 5 years experience personal injury and wrongful death required. Trial experience required. Ability to handle multiple case loads required. Medical Record Experience required. Excellent communication skills required. Computer savvy required.
