Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with drafting complaints and initial case filing. Will assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery. Calendar deadlines, set up depositions. Maintain communication with clients, experts, doctors, etc. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in PI litigation. Strong written communication needed. Knowledge of California civil procedure and local rules essential . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite needed. Must type 60+ wpm. Great time management and multi-tasking skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
