Immigration Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of PQE. Must be able to do litigation support for a busy immigration attorney. Must be able to compile asylum and withholding of removal cases, 42B and 42A cases, all motions before the EOIR, i.e. motion for bond hearing, motion for continuance, motion to accept evidence, motion to consolidate, etc. Must also be able to prepare applications to ICE and USCIS related to immigration litigation issues. A plus if you can do motions and petitions in front of state and superior court for both family and criminal matters. Must be reliable, organized, detail oriented and able to handle a high volume of calls to screen new clients as well as handling requests from existing clients. Must be bilingual in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
