Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for speaking with clients, case organization, team collaboration, document management, e-filing, calendaring, research, and investigation. The candidate should have a B.A. or B.S or equivalent. Should have 5+years of litigation experience.Should be skilled in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing pleadings and forms for filing. must possess strong litigation skills, have knowledge of both the State and Federal Court Rules and Procedures, including e-filing. Prior experience working in a JCCP proceeding is a plus. Have the ability to work independently and with staff and all facets of case workup, discovery, trial prep witness coordination, and/or settlement. Excellent case-management skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a must. Good computer knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite are needed. Note: Candidate must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
