Litigation Paralegal- Plaintiff Personal Injury The candidate should be organized, motivated, and has as sharp eye for detail. This position will be part of the primary support team for associate attorneys with 350+ litigation cases. Bilingual highly preferred. Should have experience in the following-Intake. Drafting motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Discovery. EFiling. Monitoring firm's litigation docket. Client/witness interviews. Scheduling depsoistions. Calendar maintenance. File organization and other administrative tasks. All aspects of trial preparation (from file to trial). Professional demeanor and appearance. Notary public. 3+ years texas litigation experience required.
