This is a great opportunity for hands-on experience and professional growth. Qualifications Candidates interested in joining the Tressler team should have the following experience: - Coordinating, organizing, and maintaining large case loads - Analyzing and summarizing medical records/deposition - Tracking subpoenas and responses - Looking ahead and taking initiative Job Description The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for working closely with the legal team to provide administrative and technical support. This includes: - Preparing legal documents for court filings - Drafting and proofreading legal documents - Preparing exhibits, witness binders, and pleadings - Assisting with research and investigation - Tracking deadlines and case status Skills and Requirements - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Working knowledge of legal terminology and processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Salary This position offers a salary of $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
