Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will manage individual caseloads for non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters. Will prepare and file non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications including all employment related categories, H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, L-1, O-1 petitions, J-1, TN, F-1 applications, adjustment and naturalization applications. Will interact with USCIS, DOL, CBP, ICE, and other government agencies. Prepare submit and monitor petitions, analyze and organize records, administer immigration software, and manage active cases. A Bachelor's degree is required. Must have 3-5 years of business immigration paralegal experience. Broad experience in both NIV and IV cases is needed.
