Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will maintain and organize litigation files. Request and maintain medical affidavits. Request, confirm and maintain medical records. Draft, prepare, review, and edit appropriate legal documents. Draft correspondence to opposing counsel and to the court, as well as file documents with the courts. Maintain complex filing system; E-filing and hard filing of documents. Assist in translating with clients that speak Spanish. Other duties as assigned. Should have 7-12 years as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
