Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist the attorney with drafting legal documents such as discovery demands/responses, motions, depositions, mediation, pleadings, requesting medical records by affidavit, filing, administrative tasks, and trials. A Bachelor's Degree preferred. Should have 5-10 years of experience in personal injury civil litigation. Must preferably have strong written, communication and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
