Immigration Paralegal The candidate work involves H-1Bs, L-1s and I-140s/I-485s, as well as Es, TNs and Os. Will be responsible, under the supervision and guidance from the attorneys, to take the case from start to finish. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in the field. Experience with PERM (may also be called labor cert or ETA-9089) is a plus. Strong writing and communication skills are a must.
