Paralegal - Business Litigation and Personal Injury The candidate will be: Drafting legal documents (i.e. pleadings, motions, etc.). Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Manage client cases. Correspond with current and potential clients. Politely answer calls in Spanish and English. Schedule appointments and manage calendar. Regularly check and update the status of client cases. Assist the firm with its marketing and growth efforts. Handle numerous other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned supervisors. Must have a high school diploma with 1 year of PQE. Should have prior legal writing skills. Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English). Familiarity with legal research is needed. Computer skills, including having experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required.
