Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a Bachelor s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate with 5-7 years of solid litigation experience. Must be familiar with litigation rules and procedures in both state and federal court, including electronic filing as well as state and federal agency procedures. Must have working knowledge of filing documents; experience with online document review platforms and coordinating with litigation support service providers, demonstrated experience in research and drafting; effective project management, planning and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities; flexibility in handling work assignments and proven attention-to-detail skills. Trade/IP/337 case experience a plus.
