Paralegal - Bankruptcy The candidate will be supporting attorneys in commercial bankruptcy and restructuring practice involving chapter 11 cases as well as related litigation. Should have Bachelor s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Litigation. Must have 3+ years of experience; and a strong background in commercial bankruptcy. Must also have the following skills and abilities: demonstrated knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents, the legal process, electronic case filing, BestCase and electronic research technology (LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER,, etc.); proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Relativity, Textmap, Trial Director, Power Point and Outlook, and various other software and databases; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and high level attention to detail and organization skills.
