## Foley & Mansfield: Seeking a Litigation Paralegal Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses, and individuals. We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our Chicago team. ### Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and have the following qualifications: * Paralegal certificate or equivalent degree * 5+ years of complex litigation experience * Familiarity with Cook County and collar county procedures * Familiarity with litigation databases * Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications * Self-starter and ability to anticipate attorney needs * High attention to detail * Ability to work overtime as needed ### Responsibilities The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for the following tasks: * Managing a caseload of complex litigation cases * Preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses * Summarizing and analyzing medical records * Managing large document productions, exhibit and trial preparation * Assembling witness files * Attendance at trial as needed * Social media research * Managing files and documents, coordinating with support services, opposing law firms, and courts * Maintaining schedules and deadlines * Other projects as assigned ### Compensation In return for your talents, Foley & Mansfield offers a competitive salary, and benefits package which includes flexible benefits for healthcare and dental, life, disability, 401(k), mental health benefit, professional learning and development, work life integration, and more. ### Vaccination Policy For the health and safety of our employees, Foley & Mansfield has implemented a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees.
