Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will assist in busy transactional practice. Will be assisting with contract signings, reviewing title reports and lien searches, and corresponding with clients. Preparing cover letters and correspondence with third parties involved in the transaction. Communication with lenders, brokers, managing agents, and counsel to facilitate and schedule Closings and to meet contingency deadlines. Ordering title reports and lien searches. Preparing and review of closing agreements, affidavits, escrow agreements, possession agreements, and other document drafting as needed. Post-closing management and preparing retainer agreements and client intake forms for new clients. Must have basic knowledge of Adobe, MS Office, GSuites. Must be a notary public. Must be comfortable with direct client contact, and must be able to assist in all aspects from pre-contract to post-closing of purchase and sale transactions. Should have the ability to multitask and work well with deadlines, be attentive to detail, and have a professional and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills are also necessary. Experienced Real Estate Paralegal required.
