Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities: Working with mortgage lenders in purchase and refinance transactions, including, Coops, CEMAs, etc.; Familiarity with CD's and closing document packages; Facilitating external CEMAs, Subordinations, and Coop payoffs; and Occasional overtime as needed. Requirements: 1+ years' working experience on mortgage finance transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to fast-changing circumstances; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Detail and results-oriented; Proficiency in settlement software and Microsoft Word and Excel; New York Notary License; and Undergo a background check & COVID-19 test.
