Title : Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide support to attorneys in all phases of litigation, in federal and state courts as well as arbitration tribunals, including: Pre-filing investigation; All phases of discovery including preparing written discovery requests and responses. Will conduct fact research and public record searches. Analyze evidentiary materials. Handle all aspects of e-discovery productions. Maintain document organization, including electronically stored information (ESI). Supervised review of documents for production. Proof reading and cite checking. Identifying documents to be used as deposition and trial exhibits. Preparing witness and trial binders. Indexing and summarizing depositions. Providing courtroom support at trials and arbitrations. Should preferably have 5 years litigation experience. Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Lexis, Excel, OneNote, and Westlaw preferred. Experience supporting an Intellectual Property practice a plus. Should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. BA or ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred.
