Business Immigration Paralegal Candidate will have direct communication with clients, managing legal assistants and their work assignments, drafting legal arguments, reporting directly to lead attorney. Will be writing and research in the preparation of E2, L1, H1B, TN, O-1, P1, EB-1 extraordinary ability petitions. The candidate must have 8+ years of business immigration law work experience, proficiency with a case management software (ie. INS Zoom), excellent written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, organized and positive attitude. Experience with PERM cases and consular processing is helpful.
