Law Firm Litigation Paralegal Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to report to trial attorney in the Philadelphia office. The Paralegal will work on personal injury, trucking accidents, construction accidents, premises, and product liability cases. Salary Law Firm offers competitive salary of $55K - $65K, comprehensive health insurance, PTO, holidays, life insurance, STD and LTD, and 401K retirement plan with company contribution. Experience with FileVine and Outlook preferred. Responsibilities * Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions * Monitor Discovery Deadline * Manage Discovery Production * Correspond with clients and physician offices * Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation * Review and Analyze case files * Analyze and assemble clients medical records * Correspond with defense counsel as needed * Analyze wage loss portion of clients claims * Perform other job-related duties as assigned Job Requirements * Associate's or Bachelor's degree * 3-4 years experience with civil litigation matters * Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Self-starter * Ability to work independently * Strong computer skills * Team player * Case management software experience is a plus Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Philadelphia office.
