The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience working with complex real estate transactions. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: * 5-10 years experience managing transactions, drafting basic real estate forms/documents, entity formation and Secretary of State filings, project management, checklist maintenance, title and survey review, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports, other due diligence, and other work involved in closing complex real estate transactions. * Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving and planning/organizational skills * Direct ***, commensurate with experience.
