Litigation Paralegal Certified or degreed Paralegal/Legal Assistant, 10+ years' experience. Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certification with 1 year of e-Discovery experience are required. Must have: Experience in civil litigation, primarily corporate defense and complex litigation. Experience with electronic discovery required. Summation or comparable experience acceptable. Trial Director experience is helpful. Should not be averse to covering the secretary when out or when the situation demands jumping in to help where needed.
