Paralegal - Civil Litigation Defense The paralegal will conduct legal research, prepare subpoenas, manage discovery in civil cases, review/analyze medical records, summarize depositions and manage other case related activities. Must have 5+ years of experience. Must have strong research skills, superior verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with internet-based resources such as LexisNexis. Significant experience preparing medical chronologies and deposition summaries is preferred. Experience with personal injury cases and Insurance Defense is a plus. Microsoft Office proficiency is essential and familiarity with legal processes in Massachusetts and surrounding jurisdictions is required.
