Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have earned Bachelor's degree and who have completed or are currently enrolled in a paralegal certification program. Previous paralegal experience is preferred.This position will involve complex case management, fact investigation, discovery analysis, evidence chronologies, deposition summaries, review of medical records, and preparation for hearings, depositions, and/or trials. Must have excellent critical thinking skills and must be precise, driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to clients and firm. Be advised that caseload is quite demanding and does necessitate long hours and weekends from our entire team on occasion.
