Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support a growing medical malpractice defense litigation team with an active and expanding practice. Responsibilities: Drafting and responding to discovery demands. Prepare, submit and follow up on HIPAA and other record authorizations. Assisting with motions, deposition preparation and trial preparation. Summarizing transcripts and other legal documents. Must have a bachelor's degree; Paralegal Certificate is a plus. 2 years of litigation experience in NY Supreme Court. Medical malpractice defense experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
