Litigation Paralegal The candidate to join one of Personal Injury litigation teams. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, possess superior communication skills and have excellent attention to detail. 7 years experience in Personal Injury litigation is required. Spanish speaking is a plus. Will perform many different tasks, but be primarily involved in: Docketing for a substantial caseload. Scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetings. Ensuring all deadlines are met on time. Prepare discovery responses.Draft pleadings. Filing court documents including summons, complaints, motions, and other pleadings. Client contact. Prepare cases for trial.
