Will have 2-3 years of commercial litigation and/or bankruptcy litigation experience and strong academic credentials, superior oral and writing skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Background in the enforcement of commercial loans, real estate mortgage and loan servicing disputes and the UCC is preferred.
