Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years' experience. Will hold strong administrative skills suited to a small office environment supporting a multiple office law firm. Duties will include to assist attorneys and perform all elements of litigation case management to the litigation/arbitration processes, including the various stages of pre-filing, initial filing, motion and discovery practice, pretrial and trial. Prepare court documents, discovery requests/responses, witness files and trial; review and analyze documents; conduct legal research online, performing cite and fact checking of legal briefs, researching and updated on court rules, procedures, statutes and guidelines; handle manual and electronic court filings for state and federal courts; coordinate activities as needed in support of firm activities (e.g expert witnesses, outside vendors and other law firms). Candidate will also need proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw legal research.
