Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will be managing the conflicts check process for new matters, coordinating meetings, maintaining case files, finalizing correspondence, entering time, creating TOCs/TOAs, e-filing, and other duties as assigned. Must have 3-5 years of solid litigation experience, be highly motivated, dedicated, and a hard-working individual who successfully works in a team environment to provide exceptional service to our attorneys. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Must be a self starter, detailed oriented and proactive, and have the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines. The ideal candidate must also be proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of the firm's document management program, imanage/FileSite, as well as its time and billing system, Aderant, are a plus.
