Legal Secretary Litigation The candidate will perform nonbillable office-management and administrative tasks. Will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and word processing duties while exercising judgment over work priorities with minimal supervision. Additional responsibilities include, time entry, meeting coordination with efficiency and in a proactive manner. Strong legal and administrative skills are essential, as well as the ability to multi-task and perform well under strict deadlines. Must have recent knowledge of citation/court rules and litigation procedures. Knowledge of standard computer programs and practices is essential.
