Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting with asbestos practice using the PACE software and also assist with litigation matters, including drafting and preparing motions, subpoenas, correspondence and legal documentation. Must have 3+ years of experience. Experience with trial preparation, including preparation of trial notebooks, summarizing deposition transcripts and drafting trial pleadings and other trial-related documents is also preferred. Experience with PACE and billing litigation codes is a plus, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
