Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responding to discovery & propounding discovery. Drafting Complaints. Filing & Serving documents in LA County and some surrounding counties. Preparing deposition notices & expert demands. Litigation calendaring. Client handling/Phones. Calendaring. Should have a Bachelor's degree. Should have 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal. Should have solid organizational and communication skills. Must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
